11-16 Year Olds

This summer, we are offering a record number of 1-week camps for students aged 6-16 years-- every week of summer! There are 6 camps for younger students (6-10 years) and 3 camps for older students (11-16 years) starting between June 30 and August 29. We are happy to make an accommodation (if possible) for sibling students wanting to be in camp together but whose ages would otherwise prevent this; please contact us so we can try to make this accommodation.

Instructions
Snacks/Lunch
All camp students are asked to bring a water bottle and a snack.
All Day camp students must bring a packed lunch to eat during our 1-hour break.
Please let us know in your Summer Art Camp Registration Form (emailed prior to start of camp) if the student has any allergies or dietary restrictions.
Arrival Time
All students are kindly asked to arrive no more than 10 minutes before the camp start time and be picked up on time.
We request that all students are accompanied by a parent/guardian when they are dropped off and picked up (this is mandatory for all students the first day of camp and for our 6-10 year old students every day).

We are happy to accommodate an earlier drop off or later pick up time (up to 1 hour) for an additional $25/day if necessary; please contact us if you need this accommodation.
Proper Attire
All students are asked to wear clothing they don’t mind getting messy, as well as secure footwear comfortable for walking in. Students may bring a smock or oversize t-shirt. We DO NOT have enough extra smocks available for everyone!

Consent Form/Waiver
We will not be able to receive your child into our Summer Art Camps unless we have a signed Consent Form/Waiver. This will be emailed prior to the start of camp. You can also complete the form in person on the first day of camp. This form must be completed before you leave your child(ren) with us for camp.

Refund Policy
Tuition for Summer Art Camp is due in full upon registration of student(s). Should your student(s) be unable to attend the camp he/she is registered for, we kindly require notice at least 2 weeks before the camp start date so that we can give you a refund (tuition minus 20% service fee). We are not able to offer you this refund if we do not receive notice at least 2 weeks before the camp start date, though a partial refund may be available. We want to provide as many young students the opportunity to learn and grow creatively and artistically as possible, and this required 2 weeks notice grants us time to fill an available camp spot.
